The room smelled strongly of sewage. It was unpleasant. thin walls and doors allowed too much noise from the corridor and other rooms. this affected privacy and sleep.

The location was amazing, just a couple of minutes from piazza san marco. detailed instructions were provided beforehand. Finding the place was easy. the room had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. i really liked sleeping with the windows open.
The building seemed a little run-down. In the entrance, cables were hanging out of the wall.

The location was fantastic! It was a short walk to San Marco Square, easy to reach main attractions like San Marco Basilica, Rialto Bridge, and Doge Palace. I loved the rooftop terrace. It had a beautiful view of the rooftops. Leaving luggage early or late was convenient, and the staff communicated well.
The room had a slightly persistent smell, though not overwhelming.

The location was good because it was quite central.
The address was wrongly written, so it was hard to get there. The door to the street was not working well, so I needed to exit very early but was TRAPPED in the building. I tried calling the emergency number for hours but got no answer.
